Highlights of the training:
The PADI Open Water Diver training is based on three main phases:

  1. The development of theoretical knowledge to understand what is happening underwater.
  2. The 5 confined water dives to learn the basics of scuba diving.
  3. 4 dives to apply your skills and explore the underwater world.

 

If you have tried diving during a Discover Scuba Diving experience or initiation into a dive base, your first experience may be credited for part of your patent PADI Open Water Diver. 

Prerequisites:
To register for the Open Water Diver or PADI Junior Open Water Diver, you must: Be at least 10 years (the PADI eLearning program requires a minimum of 13 years - following the laws of international protection on the internet).
